Power Cos. Spar Over Costs To Bury Transmission Lines

Law360, New York (September 19, 2012, 7:14 PM EDT) -- Several power wholesalers and the Virginia Electric and Power Co. in a transmission rate dispute filed competing briefs Monday with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission over whether the wholesalers have to help pay to bury three transmission line projects.
