Pa. Bar Attacks Privilege Ruling In Turnpike Probe

Law360, Philadelphia (September 21, 2012, 4:55 PM EDT) -- The Pennsylvania Bar Association urged the state Supreme Court on Tuesday to overturn a decision stripping the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission of attorney-client privilege as part of an ongoing investigation by the state attorney general into possible corruption at the agency.
