Osteoarthritis Pills Tainted With Lead, Class Action Says

Law360, New York (September 20, 2012, 1:05 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey consumer hit supplement manufacturer Nutraceutical Corp. with a putative nationwide class action over its allegedly false marketing of an osteoarthritis supplement he claims contains significant quantities of lead, according to a complaint made available Wednesday.
