Hostess Wants OK To Reject CBAs With Bakers Union

Law360, New York (September 20, 2012, 5:02 PM EDT) -- Hostess Brands Inc. asked a New York bankruptcy judge on Thursday to let it reject its collective bargaining agreement with one of its largest unions and impose a controversial new deal following the union's Sept. 14 vote to reject the earlier one.
