Verizon Unit Awarded Some Atty Fees In Calif. Wages Suit

Law360, New York (September 21, 2012, 9:54 PM EDT) -- A California appeals court ruled Thursday that a Verizon Wireless unit is entitled to recover some attorneys' fees in a lawsuit that accused the company of failing to pay workers for time spent attending mandatory staff meetings.
