Zyprexa Whistleblower Wants To Switch Courts

Law360, New York (October 19, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- A former Eli Lilly & Co. employee has sought to remove her whistleblower suit over allegations that the pharmaceutical giant marketed its blockbuster anti-psychotic drug Zyprexa for off-label uses to a California superior court, saying Lilly cannot demonstrate that her state law claims invoke “substantial federal questions.”
