Shell Asks Dutch Judge To Keep Greenpeace Protestors Away

Law360, New York (September 21, 2012, 1:47 PM EDT) -- Royal Dutch Shell PLC urged a Dutch court Friday to force Greenpeace protesters to stay 500 meters from from any of the company’s facilities in the country or face a €1 million ($1.3 million) fine, as debate over the company’s Arctic drilling plans heats up.
