GM Recalls 425,000 Cars Over Transmission Troubles

Law360, New York (September 21, 2012, 2:53 PM EDT) -- More than 425,000 General Motors Co. vehicles, including Chevy Malibus, Pontiac G6s and Saturn Auras, are being recalled because a defective transmission cable could cause the cars to roll away after being parked, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration said Friday.
