USDA Warns Of E. Coli Risk In Some Canadian Beef Imports

Law360, New York (September 21, 2012, 5:25 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service on Thursday issued a nationwide public health alert following a massive recall of raw boneless beef trim products imported from Canada by XL Foods Inc., saying the products may be contaminated with E. coli.
