Colo. Shooting Victims May Struggle To Cast Blame On Theater

Law360, New York (September 24, 2012, 8:16 PM EDT) -- Three victims of this summer's Aurora, Colo., movie theater shooting filed lawsuits Friday seeking to hold theater chain Cinemark USA Inc. liable for failing to prevent the tragedy, but attorneys say they may be setting too high a bar for a company's duty of reasonable care to prevail on their claims.
