Power Cos., Others Weigh In On FERC Capacity Policy

Law360, New York (September 25, 2012, 2:12 PM EDT) -- A host of power companies on Monday submitted mostly positive feedback to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission over its plans to overhaul merchant transmission project capacity allocation, although several advocacy groups and power cooperatives expressed concern over potential competition issues.
