Roche Bid Raises Prospect Of Mass Tort Exodus From Philly

Law360, New York (September 25, 2012, 7:36 PM EDT) -- Hoffmann-La Roche Inc. is taking the extraordinary step of asking a Philadelphia judge to remove Accutane litigation from the court's notoriously crowded mass tort program, a bid that, if successful, could kickstart the ejection of torts against other companies from the system.
