Arsenal Capital Snaps Up Dutch Chemicals Maker IGM

Law360, New York (September 25, 2012, 6:33 PM EDT) -- New York middle-market private equity firm Arsenal Capital Partners has acquired Dutch specialty chemical company IGM Resins NV, which is projected to have roughly €100 million ($129 million) in 2012 sales, the companies announced Monday.

Arsenal, which invests in specialty industrial and health care companies, said it acquired IGM through its Specialty Industrials subsidiary. Arsenal said the deal closed on Friday.
