McDermott Gets Go-Ahead To Work Tekmira Patent Case

Law360, New York (September 25, 2012, 8:49 PM EDT) -- A Massachusetts federal judge ruled Monday that a McDermott Will & Emery LLP attorney's past work for Tekmira Pharmaceuticals Corp. was not substantially related to a patent suit brought against Tekmira by a company represented by the firm, allowing McDermott to remain in the case.
