3 More Firms Get Nod To Open Seoul Branches

Law360, New York (September 26, 2012, 11:17 PM EDT) -- McDermott Will & Emery LLP, Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP and Squire Sanders said Wednesday that South Korea's Ministry of Justice had approved their Seoul offices, planned in the wake of the U.S.-Korea Free Trade Agreement that went into effect in March.

Having cleared this hurdle, McDermott said it expects to open for business "in a matter of days."
