Law360, New York (September 26, 2012, 2:35 PM EDT) -- The European Union is investigating claims that Chinese bicycle exporters may be skirting anti-dumping tariffs by routing their merchandise through other Asian and African countries, according to a notice published in the EU's official journal on Wednesday.
