Truck Makers Can't Appeal Transmission Antitrust Ruling

Law360, New York (September 26, 2012, 4:33 PM EDT) -- A Delaware federal judge blocked a move Wednesday by Mack Trucks Inc., Navistar International Corp. and others to appeal an order preserving a proposed antitrust class action filed by a vehicle transporter's Chapter 7 trustee alleging they conspired to maintain Eaton Corp.'s monopoly in the market for large truck transmissions.
