315-MW Calif. Wind Project Beats Residents' Challenge

Law360, New York (September 26, 2012, 9:28 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Tuesday tossed a suit by a group claiming that a 315-megawatt wind turbine facility located in Imperial County, Calif., near the Mexican border is not being developed according to Bureau of Land Management rules.
