RBS Bid For High Court's Eye On OT Class Wins Biz Support

Law360, New York (September 27, 2012, 4:35 PM EDT) -- Business groups urged the U.S. Supreme Court last week to consider RBS Citizens NA's appeal of class certification in an overtime pay suit, saying the ruling refused to recognize the broad applicability of the high court's landmark Dukes decision.
