ING Can't Foil Class Cert. Bid In ERISA Kickbacks Suit

Law360, New York (September 28, 2012, 4:56 PM EDT) -- A Connecticut federal judge on Thursday certified a class of retirement plan administrators in a case alleging ING Life Insurance & Annuity Co. entered revenue sharing agreements with mutual funds that amounted to kickbacks and violated the Employee Retirement Income Security Act.
