GOP Threatens To Subpoena HHS Over $8B Medicare Program

Law360, New York (September 27, 2012, 9:00 PM EDT) -- Republican lawmakers on Thursday threatened to subpoena the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services unless the agency coughs up documents related to an $8.3 billion bonus program allegedly being used to unjustifiably reward insurers and offset Medicare Advantage cuts.
