Geithner Pushes Regulators To Force Money Market Fixes

Law360, New York (September 27, 2012, 11:13 PM EDT) -- Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner on Thursday asked a panel of financial regulators to push the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to adopt controversial reforms to money market funds and potentially designate large fund complexes as systemically significant.
