Texas Atty Can't Duck Judge Bribery Charges

Law360, Dallas (September 28, 2012, 9:36 PM EDT) -- In a set of 15 orders, a Texas federal judge on Friday refused attorney Marc Garrett Rosenthal's bid to dismiss claims against him under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act for his alleged involvement in a scheme to bribe a state judge.
