Sanofi Gets Reprieve In Amphastar's Lovenox FCA Suit

Law360, New York (October 1, 2012, 6:35 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Friday dismissed a False Claims Act suit accusing Sanofi-Aventis SA of making false patent claims for anti-clotting drug Lovenox to unfairly keep generic competition off the market, but the ruling gave plaintiff Amphastar Pharmaceuticals Inc. leave to amend its complaint.
