Law360, New York (October 05, 2012, 12:00 AM ET) -- The Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s 2011 federal annual monitoring evaluation (FAME) reports outline myriad deficiencies found in the 25 states and two territories that use their own occupational safety organizations to investigate and enforce issues of worker safety. For an investigator who interviews whistleblowers for plaintiffs’ counsel for a living, the reports read like blueprints for how not to conduct a workplace investigation.
