NY Judge Trims $19M Jury Award In Carpenter's Asbestos Suit

Law360, New York (October 1, 2012, 2:37 PM EDT) -- A New York state court has vacated a $19 million jury award to a carpenter in his suit against Tishman Liquidating Corp. for asbestos injuries, ordering a new damages trial unless the plaintiff agrees to accept a reduced award of $8 million.
