Intel Takes $250M License To Settle Patent Spat

Law360, New York (October 24, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Transmeta Corp. announced Wednesday that it has settled its patent dispute with Intel Corp., granting Intel a $250 million license to its patent portfolio and bringing a lawsuit between the companies over power management technology to an end.
