Report Outlines Differences In EU, US Insurance Regs

Law360, New York (October 1, 2012, 10:06 PM EDT) -- U.S. and European officials on Thursday released a draft version of a report comparing their respective insurance regulatory regimes, which will influence discussions on better aligning supervision and regulation of insurers.
