Supreme Court Rejects Appeal From Ex-Agriprocessors CEO

Law360, New York (October 1, 2012, 5:16 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday refused to consider the appeal of an order that denied a new trial to the former CEO of Agriprocessors Inc., who was sentenced to 27 years in prison for financial fraud following an immigration raid on an Iowa kosher slaughterhouse.
