FTC Updates Green Marketing Guides

Law360, New York (October 1, 2012, 7:25 PM EDT) -- The Federal Trade Commission has vowed to immediately begin policing environmental claims that could run afoul of revamped guidance that it unveiled Monday, which instructs companies to provide more information to back up generalized claims like “green” and “eco-friendly.”
