John Wiley Offers $220M For Deltak To Bolster Education Biz

Law360, New York (October 2, 2012, 3:48 PM EDT) -- “For Dummies” book series publisher John Wiley & Sons Inc. will purchase online learning services provider LLC for $220 million, the buyer said Tuesday, continuing a push to beef up its education business.

The companies did not give a financial breakdown. They said they expected the deal, which will lift Deltak ownership from Houston-based IT outsourcer Collegis Inc., to close by the end of the month.
