Costco Salmon Implicated In Salmonella Outbreak

Law360, New York (October 2, 2012, 4:25 PM EDT) -- A Dutch health agency reportedly announced Tuesday that recalled, salmonella-tainted salmon made by the Dutch seafood company Foppen and sold in the U.S. by Costco Wholesale Corp. has sickened hundreds of consumers.

The National Institute for Public Health and the Environment said that about 200 people in the Netherlands and more than 100 people in the U.S. have been sickened by the salmon, the Daily Mail reported.
