Lehman Derivatives Legal Chief Joins Jones Day

Law360, New York (October 2, 2012, 8:37 PM EDT) -- Locke McMurray, the head derivatives and bankruptcy lawyer at Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc., has joined Jones Day as a financial institutions litigation and regulation partner in the firm's New York office, the firm announced Tuesday.

McMurray said he left the best job he ever had at Lehman, which went belly-up in 2008 in the largest bankruptcy in U.S. history. However, the firm's reorganization plan is now in place, leaving mostly litigation matters, he said.
