Sandusky Witness Hits Penn State With $4M Suit Over Firing

Law360, New York (October 2, 2012, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Pennsylvania State University was hit with a $4 million suit Tuesday by a former assistant coach for the university’s football team, who claimed the university sidelined him and then ultimately terminated him after he testified he had witnessed Jerry Sandusky's inappropriate conduct and reported it to school authorities.
