Rockefeller Backs Role For FTC In Do-Not-Track Standards

"Jay" Rockefeller IV on Wednesday waded into the fray over the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s role in creating online tracking standards, disagreeing with House Republicans who said the agency was stepping on Congress’ authority.
