Court Nixes Bid For Workers' Comp Insurer To Cover Death Suit

Law360, New York (October 3, 2012, 4:39 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey appeals court held Friday that Harleysville Insurance Co. cannot force a workers' compensation carrier to cover a restaurant in a wrongful death suit, rejecting Harleysville's claim that a worker injury exclusion in its commercial liability policy excused it from providing coverage.
