BofA Sells 12-Building NJ Office Complex

Law360, New York (October 4, 2012, 2:28 PM EDT) -- Bank of America NA is in contract to sell its 12-building office park in Hopewell Township, N.J., as part of an ongoing effort to reduce the bank's real estate portfolio, a spokeswoman said Thursday.

Bank of America inherited the office campus from Merrill Lynch & Co. when it acquired the struggling investment bank in 2009, and it is currently used by about 6,500 employees of both banks.The 1.8 million-square-foot complex, located just north of Trenton, N.J., near the Pennsylvania border, will likely be leased back to...
