Exxon, BP, Others Estimate $65B Cost For Alaska LNG Project

Law360, New York (October 4, 2012, 5:22 PM EDT) -- Executives from TransCanada Corp., ConocoPhillips Co., ExxonMobil Corp. and BP PLC told Alaska's governor Wednesday that a project to export liquefied natural gas from the state's North Slope could cost as much as $65 billion and create thousands of permanent and temporary jobs.
