Koch's Suit Over Jefferson Wines Is Stale, 2nd Circ. Says

Law360, New York (October 4, 2012, 7:59 PM EDT) -- The Second Circuit on Thursday affirmed the dismissal of billionaire William Koch's lawsuit against Christie's Inc. over his purchase of wine purportedly owned by Thomas Jefferson that later was discovered to be counterfeit, saying Koch's claims against the London-based auction house are time-barred.
