Sabine Pass LNG Plans $420M Debt Raise

Law360, New York (October 4, 2012, 4:42 PM EDT) -- Sabine Pass LNG, the Cheniere Energy Partners LP subsidiary angling to become the first exporter of U.S. liquefied natural gas, priced $420 million in senior notes at 6.5 percent this week to refinance maturing debt as it continues to advance its $11 billion project.
