Cathode Ray Cos. Say 'Obsolete' Tech Poses No Cartel Threat

Law360, New York (October 5, 2012, 6:15 PM EDT) -- Hitachi Ltd., Panasonic Corp. and other electronics makers accused in multidistrict litigation of fixing cathode ray tube prices told a California federal court Thursday to toss the state of Florida's bid for an injunction, arguing that there is no threat of a continued CRT cartel.
