Conoco's $205M MF Global Row Moved From Bankruptcy Court

Law360, New York (October 5, 2012, 3:32 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Thursday greenlighted a move by ConocoPhillips Co. to transfer to district court its dispute with MF Global Inc.'s bankruptcy trustee over his treatment of $205 million in letters of credit the company had secured for the now-collapsed brokerage.
