Law360, New York (October 5, 2012, 2:12 PM EDT) -- A California state judge refused Wednesday to certify a class of current and former Hard Rock Cafe International assistant general managers and kitchen managers who claim the rock 'n' roll-themed restaurant chain denied them overtime wages and breaks.
