Video Game Co. Urges ITC To Reject Nintendo IP Review

Law360, New York (October 5, 2012, 5:26 PM EDT) -- Interactive-game maker Creative Kingdoms LLC recently pressed the U.S. International Trade Commission to quash Nintendo Co. Ltd.'s challenge of an administrative law judge's ruling that the Nintendo Wii video game system partly infringed Creative Kingdoms patents.
