High Court Takes Up FCC Jurisdiction Over Zoning

Law360, New York (October 5, 2012, 5:48 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court decided Friday to hear arguments stemming from two petitions alleging that the Federal Communications Commission has wrongly been awarded a certain deference standard for jurisdictional review that is allowing it to override state and local zoning laws for wireless facilities.
