BASF Gets $32M Verdict In Lung Disease Case Vacated

Law360, New York (October 5, 2012, 8:05 PM EDT) -- An Illinois appeals court on Thursday reversed a $32 million jury verdict against BASF Corp., which had been found responsible for the lung problems of a powdered flavoring plant worker, saying a lower court incorrectly ruled for the plaintiff on a statute of limitations question.
