Mack-Cali Pays $135M For Roseland's Multifamily Assets

Law360, New York (October 9, 2012, 1:38 PM EDT) -- Mack-Cali Realty Corp. has agreed to buy Roseland Partners LLC's multifamily property business in New Jersey, New York and Massachusetts for up to $134.6 million in connection with its diversification effort, Mack-Cali announced Tuesday.
