Ohio To Take Early-Voting Row To High Court

Law360, New York (October 9, 2012, 10:20 PM EDT) -- Ohio will challenge to the U.S. Supreme Court a decision by the Sixth Circuit on Friday that an Ohio rule keeping nonmilitary voters from early voting over the three days before the Nov. 6 presidential election is unconstitutional, Ohio Secretary of State Jon Husted said Tuesday.
