Jerry Sandusky Given 30 To 60 Years In Child Sex Scandal

Law360, Philadelphia (October 9, 2012, 4:31 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania judge Tuesday sentenced former Penn State assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky to 30 to 60 years in prison over his June conviction on 45 counts of child molestation.

The sentence, handed down by Centre County Court of Common Pleas Judge John Cleland, means the 68-year-old former defensive coordinator likely will spend the rest of his life in prison.
