10th Circ. Returns AT&T Radiation Suit To NM Court

Law360, Chicago (October 9, 2012, 7:03 PM EDT) -- A lawsuit alleging that AT&T Mobility Services LLC's signal upgrades at Santa Fe, N.M., base stations can cause health problems and must be regulated by the city won a new chance in state court Tuesday when the Tenth Circuit ruled that the federal trial court that tossed the complaint lacked jurisdiction.
